Suitable for flavoring roast lamb, chicken steaks, stewed cabbage, carrots, peas, leeks. It is also suitable for tasting meatballs, fried vegetables, fish marinades, cheese. Green or dried peppermint leaves can be added to cottage cheese or meat stews, to flavor salads, soups, and to prepare tea. Goes well with juniper berries, all mild herbs.
