Spice. You can combine lavender flowers with cumin, mint, lemon balm, thyme, sage. Add lavender flowers to sauces, fish soups, fried foods. Use in cooking raw butter, vinegar, vegetable dishes, flavor sauces, mushroom, vegetable or fish soups. Do not multiply.
Tea. Lavender flower tea is light, refreshing. You can drink it both hot and cold – with ice.
