Hot chocolate recipe for two. Put in a cup 2-3 tbsp. sh. cocoa, add 80 ml of 90°C water and mix well until smooth. Pour 400 ml of milk into a heated small saucepan. Stir constantly while heating over medium heat. When the milk starts to rise a little – add the cocoa mass you have prepared earlier. Heat everything for another 1-2 minutes. stirring constantly. When the milk starts to foam, remove it from the heat and pour the cocoa into cups. Delicious!
