Uzbek spice mixture “Zirvakas” has a pleasant aroma, mild taste. This mixture of spices is suitable for flavoring zirvak (meat and spice stew) for making pilaf. Zirvakas is made separately, then rice or other grains are added and stewed for about 30 minutes.
