Cornflowers are familiar to almost everyone. At least in Eastern Europe it would be hard to find a grandmother who did not collect these herbs in the fields. These petals were dried and used as tea.
Both blue and black and red cornflowers have the same properties, differing only in color.

Paruošimas: 1 arbatinį šaukštelį arbatos užpilkite 200 ml karšto vandens (85°C) ir palaukite 3-5 minutes.
Kad atsiskleistų geriausios arbatos savybės, gerkite 30 min. prieš valgį 1-3 kartus per dieną. Prieš arbatą išgerti stiklinę vandens.
